FOR CNC CUTTING, ROUTING OR ENGRAVING

Please provide us with a design file:
  • A 2D drawing of your project in DWG, DXF or PDF format
  • A 3D model of your project in IGES, STEP, STL or PARASOLID format
If you have your design in another format, please let us know and we can help with file conversion.

NOTE: Please indicate the size of a particular component within your design so we can confirm the correct scaling and sizing (E.g. A dimensioned letter or shape)

If you are unable to provide a design file; don't worry!

We can produce one for you and the design cost can be included within your quote.

We have the know how to produce parts from a basic drawing or photograph very quickly using our CAD software!

Why do we need a design file? Because in order for the CNC process to understand your sketch, photograph or idea, we need to translate it into a language the computer can understand before any cutting can begin.

Once we have all the necessary information, we can provide a formal quote with a unique job reference number

When your have confirmed your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email, invoice and estimated delivery date

Our engineers will use the latest CAD/CAM design software to engineer and program your parts for routing, cutting or engraving.

 Delivery

We carefully package all parts and prepare your items for delivery

Delivery options will vary depending on the nature of the finished parts. Many options are available from courier to nationwide pallet services, or the customer can collect from us.

A delivery cost will be provided within the quotation in accordance with the customers requirements
